Elijah Cunningham owns my entire heart! You never truly know how important it is to be with a man who is emotionally intelligent until you're finally with one. He doesn't ignore or misinterpret his feelings for her and I loved that. He wasted no time letting her know exactly what he was feeling and what she meant to him. I also appreciate how much he was reassuring her of his intentions and motives. He was the definition of healing a heart he didn't break. And the man in FINEEEEEEE! From the locs, to the gold teeth, to the glasses! Based on how she describes him you can also tell the man smells good. And as if that wasn't enough the man knows how to get down and dirty! He has Bella in tears most of the time and I mean good tears. I love how much he loves her body. So much that she doesn't even get the chance to get self conscious about her size when it comes to being intimate with him. Now Miss Blair Bellamy!! She is so amazing. I absolutely love how she sets boundaries and stand on them. Admittedly it took her a minute to get over her previous shitty relationship but that's expected and understandable. But she was great non the less. The way that she loves him is so sweet. It takes a lot to let your guard down after getting your heart broken and I admire her courage and strength. This book is what a feel good romance is like to me. I enjoyed every page. The storyline flowed seamlessly and the side characters were funny. I will definitely be reading this book again. The amount of annotating I did was shocking lol.
