Rogue Protocol: The Murderbot Diaries (The Murderbot Diaries, 3)

Rogue Protocol is the third entry in Martha Wells's Hugo, Nebula, Alex, and Locus Award-winning, New York Times and USA Today bestselling series, The Murderbot Diaries.

Starring a human-like android who keeps getting sucked back into adventure after adventure, though it just wants to be left alone, away from humanity and small talk.

Who knew being a heartless killing machine would present so many moral dilemmas?

Sci-fi's favorite antisocial A.I. is back on a mission. The case against the too-big-to-fail GrayCris Corporation is floundering, and more importantly, authorities are beginning to ask more questions about where Dr. Mensah's SecUnit is.

And Murderbot would rather those questions went away. For good.

The third in this award winning series of novellas (which you most definitely need to but also should read), Murderbot once again had me enraptured with it's lack-of-shits-given commentary, yet entirely capable and competent abilities as a Security Unit (SecUnit)'s and growing shits-given about it's humans and the humans it encounters.

I greatly appreciate how Wells' has introduced new friends, mechanics and emotions in each novella to be explored, and have already eagerly started the next.

Our friendly murderbot is more caring every day. In this installment, he is on a mission to get information and ends up with more than what he plans. Fun.
