I think it's an absolute miracle that the author manages to capture the reader's attention this much after six rather similar books. Because let's be real, it's always the same story, a man and a woman, fated mates, and a struggle to overcome the bridge between cultures. Yet, this one was a masterpiece that I devoured within 24 hours. I loved how these two stubborn characters struggled to find each other and a way to coexist.
