Can't say this was my favorite Junji Ito book, it had a unique setting being somewhere off in the distant future but the themes around obsession and idol worship that were also present in the book I feel like were covered better in his other works, Tomie specifically. It is an easy read and I read the whole thing in like an hour and did enjoy the atmosphere and art as always. Good but not his best IMO.
