Pounded in the Patch is the perfect mix of spooky 👻 and spicy 🌶️—a Halloween novella that hits every delicious note. I devoured it 🥵🔥 It’s a short, fast-paced read with just the right amount of dark fantasy and a surprisingly sweet ending. The writing nails the balance between tension and heat.
The chemistry between Seraphina and Luke? Off. The. Charts. ⚡ The fact that Luke created an entire moonlit pumpkin patch 🎃🌫️ so Seraphina could live out her darkest fantasy? Absolute chef’s kiss👨🍳💋 And the spice? It kept SPICING 😮💨🔥
And we need to talk about that candy corn vibrator
“A candy corn vibrator. He brought a fucking candy corn vibrator to his gothic sex altar.”
I laughed way too hard at that line 🤣🍬🕯️ Iconic.
This story had everything I crave in a dark Halloween read:
✔️A rich, masked man with a dark obsession 🖤🎭
✔️A thrilling chase through a glowing pumpkin patch 🎃🏃♀️
✔️An unexpected twist 🔪👀
✔️High heat and higher stakes 🔥🩸
I’m obsessed 😍 and I already can’t wait for book two! 📚
To my dark romance lovers 💀🖤 this is a must-read for spooky season. Add it to your October TBR now 🧡📅👻
