Gently, but perhaps not so surprisingly, I fell in love with this witty, wonderful book. Beatrix is just so inspiring, and Dennison’s work deftly captures her life and spirit. It is beautifully written, lovingly told, and a genuine celebration of one amazing woman and her “little books”. I am so grateful this book exists! I am confident I will read it again someday. Thank you, Matthew Dennison... I feel Beatrix would have been pleased with your thorough and attentive preservation of her own story.
