A mysterious meteor crashes in the middle of a blizzard in rural Wyoming. Jonah and his over-protective neighbor Con thought the worst thing to worry about was being trapped and isolated with their dogs…This novella sucked me in and kept me hooked until the end. I really enjoyed reading it. The author did an amazing job with the descriptions. Very detailed and set scenes vividly. The characters were well thought out and relatable. The pacing was just right, not too slow but not rushed at all. BE PREPARED, it will hit you straight in your feels. I devoured this novella and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I mean a meteor, dogs, a blizzard, and isolation? What could go wrong? Definitely recommend and if there is ever a decision to make it a series, I’d hop on it without a doubt!
