Another 5 star Keri Lake read! This was a very interesting story about Angels / Demons / Nephalim / Purgatory and the soulmate love that would travel oceans of time to be reunited with each other. Jericho - hmmm.. The half Angel / half Demon overlord of NIGHTSHADE is delicious and Farryn Ravenshaw is his reincarnated love from years past. This is a duology so I will be starting the second BOOK - INFERNIUM - to see how these two soulmates overcome all the craziness surrounding them from being forever happy. I'm a sucker for soulmates anything.
I’m glad I listened to this book on Audible. At first, I wasn’t sure I’d stick with it since the beginning was a bit confusing, but once the story got going, I actually enjoyed it. That said, it didn’t grab me enough to continue the series.
It's one thing if the MMC is willing to destroy the world, but is he willing to banish himself to Hell. (If he isn't I don't want it)
A romance where morality has totally left the storyline. All the characters are morally something, but pure is definitely not it. I'm not even sure if that's gray....its not black but everyone is questionable and selfserving.
I don't see a way out (HEA) with everyone whole.
Soild 4.5 🌟...there are parts where it feels like the story is dragging but you find out you needed all the information.
Oh and check those trigger warnings ⚠️ This book is a mine field.
