Again, again, again I don’t finish an audiobook. The narration is so obnoxious and childish that I just cannot tolerate this. It’s not a good book about the mythology. It’s a book for small children. I seem to not finish half the books I read this year!!! This has never happened before. Usually I read 30 books before not finishing one. This year is extreme. But I have been kinda randomly picking audiobooks based on titles and a few reviews. So it makes some sense. I’m just so damn tired and unfocused. I cannot handle mediocre books anymore. No more!

A brilliant retelling of Greek myths, with asides to note how they have influenced literature, language, science and are mirrored in other mythologies. This is really a comprehensive view of the crazy, selfish, explanatory world of mythology. Read by the author-and what could be better than Stephen Fry in your earbuds?? Loved this.
