Very detailed book. The story of family and unity was the most powerful theme in the books loved the lingering hint of a love story amidst the murder
Pretty sure I read this one before but it's been so long I didn't remember any of it.
It's just the perfect cozy mystery and is so well-written and read (I love the audiobook for the accents).
There are twists and turns but not too many as to get lost, and the writing is so well done that it doesn't slip into the territory of cheesy, as some of these types of mysteries are apt to do.
Definitely worth a read (although, again, I prefer to listen with this series), and I can't wait to keep working my way through the rest of the series.
