Adorable and fun novelization of the excellent TV show Moone Boy. Moone Boy is about a young idiot, Martin Moone, living in a small town in Ireland in 1989 and the antics that he and his imaginary friend, Sean Murphy, get up to, like trying to avoid the Bonner twins (Connor and Jonnor), doing an imaginary transplant of Martin's first imaginary friend, Loopy "Loopington" Lou, and trying not to imagine hats only to fail and end up with two identical red beanies. While not quite as funny as the TV show, it was still a very enjoyable book and I'm keen to read the next one. As always, Padraic is the funniest thing about it, with a super hilarious scene involving an electric fence being giving me the biggest buzz. Ha. Anyhow, you should read it!
