Monstrilio

This book gave me the heebie-jeebies and also lust ??! lol so for that, I give it six stars, and I feel like it kind of lingers in a way that makes it slow paced even for a short book. Good read though.

"Monstrillio" feels like a Mexican twist on "Frankenstein." At first, I saw Monstrillio as just a monster, but looking closer, it's really about gay themes and how it feels to be an outsider. It's a powerful story about identity and acceptance, showing what it's like to be different in society.
