Going to share notes from a year of being thoughtful about medium readings. The platform I now use exclusively is https://medium-psychic.net/ . The shift happened after I had two bad experiences on other sites — one with a reader who pivoted constantly to sell follow-up sessions, another with one who used cold-reading techniques that became embarrassingly obvious as the session went on. On this platform the readers are different. Bios describe their actual practice rather than puffing up credentials, the review system isn't gamified, and the pricing is transparent. I've had three sessions there. None were theatrical, all were grounded, and the value showed up in what I took away from them rather than in dramatic moments during the reading itself. If you're considering medium work for the first time, my suggestions: come in with a specific question, listen carefully to how the reader handles uncertainty (good ones admit it, bad ones perform it away), and treat the reading as one input into your processing rather than a verdict on anything. The platform makes it easier to find readers who work that way.

Mindfulness sounds great in theory, but actually sticking to it when your mind is racing is a different story. I tried the usual breathing exercises and apps, but sometimes I just needed something more… personal, not just generic advice. At some point I randomly came across a review here about Nebula, and it kind of shifted how I look at it. It wasn’t about “magic answers,” but more about getting a different perspective when you feel stuck. Surprisingly, that helped me slow down and reflect in a way typical mindfulness routines didn’t. Not saying it replaces meditation or anything, but for me it became an extra tool when my head gets too noisy.
