Book #3 was the best so far in this series, for sure!
The coldest and probably the most leathal of all the Breed Warriors, Teagan. A very strong, silent type that looks like a god, oh my! He is brought down by a determine aristrocrat beauty, Elise. Teagan, who lost his Breedmate, brutally, centuries ago has vowed to take out the Rogue populations and Elise who lost her Breed "Cop" husband 5 years ago and then only son to the Rogue's months ago, are brought together because after hunting the Rogue by day and getting injured, Teagan comes across her sent and followes his nose, lol. She has a unique ability, that is crippling and when Teagan comes on the scene he is instantly able to relieve the pain. These two have such chemesty right from the start, but both are on a mission that brings them together no matter their stations. Elise is determined to help, no matter what Teagn says and it turns out she is a lot smarter & stronger than he initially thought.
The storyline is fantastic, lots of mystery....which gets even more mysteryious towards the end. Love a book that keeps you on your toes, and this had it in spades. The feelings that develope between these two are intense and the sex scenes are even more intense. I couldnt book the book down, think this is the fasted I have ever gotten through a book, just loved it. This book had a lot more involvement with all the Breedmates that are in the compound, which was cool. Love it when a book brings back old characters and in this book, they are all present and all play a role in what was going down. This also had a much better closing, a mystery was left open and the happy couple just steamed to have more flow to the closing of the book.
