It is an historical review of culture as seen through the eyes of pageant participants. It can be a rude awakening to those that have not realized what goes on in and around pageants and a reminder of the gifts of the pageants to the participants that use it for growth and polish. It seems a pretty good reflection of human nature, plus history.
