Overwritten. Somehow they used 50 words instead of 1 constantly and still no real conclusion. I kept thinking it would come together and be worth it, it wasn’t.
I went back and forth for so long on whether or not to read this novel, but after seeing the trailer for the movie coming out soon on Netflix I decided to give it a go as the trailer seemed very intriguing. After finally reading the novel I was left very disappointed.

Not my typical sort of book, maybe more 2.5 stars. I didn’t mind listening to it but I wanted more. More character, more explanation, just more

Unfortunately, this was a fairly disappointing read for me. I get that this was supposed to focus on the general feeling of uneasiness and the fact that we don't know any more than the characters do, but the ending left me with the biggest book blue balls I've had in a while.
