Kane
L.A. Casey does it again! I love the Slater Brothers and the girls that love them. In the past books, the couples fight a lot, but they love on another. That is still true in Kane, but Aideen doesn't want that and even points it out to another couple that are doing more fighting than loving.
Kane was always seen as the scary brother, one people shied away from before Aideen. She never saw his scars as scary and even when she didn't like him she wasn't scared of him. This book is probably my favorite so far, they don't necessarily have a normal start down the road to love, but with a surprise that slowly grows so does their love. I admire Aideen's strength when everything in her life is flipped on its head.
Kane is well written and was an addicting read. I would recommend reading the first books before this one though. It helps you get a better understanding of the story.
