loved this sweet book. Especially the nods to Cinderella but with nice stepsisters and stepmom. So darn cute!
Wonderful feel good romp! This modern take on the Cinderella story is full of surprises: a sassy plus sized protagonist, supportive step sisters, heavy hitting fashion industry motifs, an inscrutable but loving stepmother. Fun dialogue, popular settings and a love story with room four female empowerment. Win.
Quick Disclaimer: I think it would be super hard for Julie Murphy to write a book that I don’t absolutely love.
