This one was a bit rough to get through. It wasn’t bad, but I had to take a break from it to cleanse my palette. I returned to it just to finish it, without intending to complete the series, but with that cliffhanger…guess I’m in for a little longer!!
This book was terrible.
Amethyst was tiresome. Xero was confusing. Everything was too much. The unhinged scenes were phenomenal but they weren’t enough to carry the book. I was over her hallucinations. After a while they muddied the story.

I had a hard time getting into this book, but oh boy once I did I couldn't put it down. Need to read the second now because so many questions
