This was an easy-to-read detective series about new partners on the force. And it followed similar, cozy plot lines like other series I have read before, and so I haven't decided if it is distinct enough to continue reading. I liked what I read, but it was a bit predictable. I'm planning to read the 2nd book in the series, and so stay tuned for further developments.
