Hush, Hush

Nora finds forbidden love with her fallen angel, in the first in the New York Times bestselling Hush, Hush saga.

For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how much her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch came along.

With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Nora is drawn to him against her better judgment.

But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure who to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.

For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost her life.

I know it took me two months to read this... Been in a reading slump. But I think I am out of it!

Definitely deserves a five star rating.
My favorite part of this book is definitely the ending, when Patch becomes a guardian angel.
The ending was adorable altogether.
I absolutely love Nora and Patch together.
One of my favorite book couples if I had to pick.

When Ms. Greene turned out to be Patch's psyched ex-girlfriend really caught me off guard. I was not expecting that at all.
It was pretty awesome how when you touch a fallen angel's scars, you see their memories, and they have no control over it. Which I thought was pretty cool.

The thing I didn't like about this was how Vee was really rebellious when it comes to listening to Nora. Like her decisions to go with Elliot and Jules were pretty dumb if you ask me.

When they went into the hotel room, I expected something steamy to go on, but nothing happened.

Towards the end of the book, when Nora and Patch were in the girls' bathroom in the movie theater, they started making out, and then Vee called and I was like "Seriously Vee? You picked the wrooong time" lol but what happened after that turned out to be pretty cool though lol

But overall, this book is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone into books about angels and paranormal romance, etc.

I waffled between 3 and 4 stars and decided to round up. This story is what would happen if you mixed together [b:Twilight|41865|Twilight (Twilight, #1)|Stephenie Meyer|http:photo.goodreads.com/books/1275613536s/41865.jpg|3212258] and [b:Fallen|6487308|Fallen (Fallen, #1)|Lauren Kate|http:photo.goodreads.com/books/1268869615s/6487308.jpg|6678670]. It was a fun read.
