This book was really insightful and had a lot of eye-opening points. It reminded me of the importance of taking a pause before reacting, but my biggest takeaway was learning how to set myself up for success ahead of time. I realized that so many of the moments when I “lose my shit” are actually preventable if I prepare or preplan a little better. Even simple things—like avoiding the morning rush that makes us late—make a huge difference.
