5 stars for the excellent advise and facts about nutrition. Probably the best book I have read about human nutrition and weight loss.

I listened to the audio version of this book. Dr. Greger narrates it. The audiobook comes with a pdf that lists its sources and also some helpoful charts and lists to help the person loosing weight.

This is a large book. Unless one is a speed reader, expect to spend some time with the book. Not only does Dr. Greger dispense some valuable advise, he tells you why and cites scientific studies to make his points.

Audiobook: There was a lot of information that was really interesting. The author's speaking was distracting at times.
