I was actually quite surprised by how much I enjoyed this book, especially the second half. The first half was a little slow at first, but it picked up by the 35-40% mark. The setting was one of my favorite things about this book, especially since it was set in Chinatown in Seattle, a place that I know and went to often as a child.
