Mrs. Whitley, you never cease to amaze me! I don't know how you have this whole 5 star world coming out of your head one after the other, but I am totally here for it. I have loved every book that has come from San Camanez Island. These books make me want to go to this island for real. If only all of these people I have come to love were really on the island.
Jagger and Raina are the perfect examples of enemies to lovers, and that is my favorite trope. As always, the women that the McEvoy brothers pine after must have some kind of drama where they can step up and be the heroes. I mean, who doesn't love a good hero story. The twist is that the women they pine after are also badass women, who don't need saving, but welcome it.
I also love the fact that Jagger gives Raina nickname after nickname, and they all somehow fit perfectly. Also, the being stuck together in a honeymoon suite while still being enemies was chefs kiss forced proximity. I also loved their little detour on the way home for Lenora. IYKYK!
All in all, they both finally got their happily ever after as long overdue lovers, and it makes my heart happy. I can't wait to find out what the rest of the Vino Vixens are up to, and hopefully, I will continue finding out how the McEvoy clan is also!
