I would recommend reading this book in a single sitting. I found the flow of thought easier to absorb this way. I was surprised by the amount of thought devoted to the interactions between saints in heaven and particularly enjoyed how he painted a beautiful picture of heaven, then acknowledged the broken realities of our current existence, then reminded us of the horrors of hell, then invited us to believe upon Christ and long for an eternity with Him in heaven. This book was an encouragement to my soul.
