This is the second book in Dale Mayer's "Mason's Aces" series and it continues to thrill, Hayden Waterford, a former navy SEAL, and now working for Mason, tracking down and closing powerful groups of human traffickers, finds that he is called on to help someone closer to home. Students have been disappearing from elite universities and Andrea Galanis has been trying to trace them until.......... Andrea is in trouble, she is now a target and it is to a shocked Hayden that she turns for help. Hayden is truly shocked when he realises that the girl, with whom, a few years ago he had ended a relationship, a relationship that he terminated not because he didn't love the girl, but because he knew that she wasn't being honest with him, she was hiding something, now he knows why he doubted her, she had been living under another name, Hayden had no idea that his ex girlfriend was, in fact, the daughter of multi billionaire Greek shipping magnate, Amir Galanis The traffickers were a powerful, well connected, well trained, international group, they were mean adversaries. Hayden and his brilliant team needed to be on their A game, Andrea had a target on her back and Hayden would do anything in his power to protect her, the spark that they once had now burned brightly again. This story follows feisty Andrea, Hayden and his brilliant team as they move from safe house to safe house, always escaping their nemesis by the skin of their teeth until........ This story is fast paced, action packed with wonderful characters and a blossoming, re ignited, romance. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
