I only borrowed this book because of the Lucy Stone story.
A young couple moves into Tinker's Cove to a run down house. They keep to themselves and are very unfriendly.
The second story started out ok but the it got into the cozy mystery where the characters start investigating on their own as if the police is incompetent!
It did have an interested vegetable casserole recipe.
When the wife breaks into the neighbor's house, I had had enough and was not going to waste my time.
