Give Me Liberty!: An American History

A powerful text by an acclaimed historian, Give Me Liberty! delivers an authoritative, concise, and integrated American history. With new coverage of issues of inclusion and exclusion--reinforced by new primary source features in the text and a new secondary source tutorial online--Give Me Liberty! strengthens students' most important historical thinking skills.

The Seagull Edition offers the complete text of the Full Edition in full color and a portable trim size with fewer illustrations and maps and an exceptionally low price.

The book was enjoyable and informative, but it does tend to jump around a bit with chronology - maybe it's because of all the content it covers and American history is messy and complicated. Definitely worth the read.

Very good for a history book, made me want to become more cultured on our history. Feel like I need to read Twilight after this though.
