Amy Whitmore was one of seven people taken hostage in a foreign country. Lieutenant Brent Miller was one of five Navy Seals sent in to save them. Things went awry, Amy and Brent had to make their own way back to safety.
I kept thinking I shouldn't like these people. Amy was athletic, supermodel gorgeous, artistic and incredibly smart. Brent was the male version. Despite the fact that these two characters were entirely too perfect I still liked them.
The pace of the book was fast and fun. I am currently sick and this book did not take a lot of brain power to be able to follow along. Exactly what I need.
