A real page turner that makes you suspect everybody! (I was even suspicious of the gardening...) A motive was given to everyone, and I did like that I kept changing my mind about who could be involved and why. I wasn't sure about the wrap-up endings for each character if I'm honest, felt it wasn't needed. But that's just personal preference. Overall it is a fast-paced mystery with interesting characters.

Overall, *Five Fatal Flaws* is a useful and insightful read for leaders seeking to improve their skills and avoid common pitfalls. Its brevity and actionable guidance make it a handy reference, though readers looking for a more in-depth analysis may need to supplement it with additional resources
