Enchantment of Silver and Sea (The Council of Cyllene Book 1)

The Giver meets Divergent in a fantasy setting. Everything in Maila’s world is a lie including what she has to tell others about her past. One day she is approached by two Strangers and her life will never be the same. It is truly hard to believe that this is @tarastraight first novel. It is well-written and well-paced with believable and thorough character development. The book ends with no cliffhanger but with a sense of purpose for the rest of the trilogy, which is a breath of fresh air from a lot of fantasy and dystopian series. EOSAS releases 10/14, so make sure you grab your copy then! Tropes: found family, call to adventure, chosen one (but not in the traditional sense), one bed, hidden truth, orphan hero, false utopia.
