This book was rather humorous and held my attention. Remi Finch is attending a family gathering to celebrate her parents anniversary. She is filled with trepidation because her two sisters, with whom she has never gotten along, will be there. The gathering is at a campground and she ends up having to share a tent with her sisters. An annoying male family friend shows up and starts acting inappropriately, nearly assaulting her. One shove and he’s down on the ground, having hit his head. He goes off into the woods. However when they try to find him he is dead. Now, what to do? Call the police? No, they don’t want to get implicated so they put his body in Remi’s tent, wrapped in a sleeping bag. The next morning, the body is gone! Who could’ve taken it? Well, her parents having witnessed some of the events from the previous evening had moved the body. They just need to find out where. They become frantic when they could not find the body where it was supposed to be. In the meantime, a park ranger has arrived informing them that a dangerous man is on the loose and might be at the park. Remi distracts him with sexual overtures. Still, the body is not found. Eventually someone reports a dead body. The sisters want to go to where the body is so they can remove the sleeping bag, linking Remi to the murder, but the body slides down a cliff. The park has been closed down due to the possible murder. Eventually it is the grandmother and her new, much younger boyfriend, who admit they had whacked him good when they saw the attempted rape and moved the body. It is all so ridiculous but still such a fun read. The sisters learn to get along and Remi finds out that she and the park ranger might have a future together since they are both headed to the same area for jobs.
