Clementine's father is the warden of her small town and over the years she's been trained to take his place. When two strangers come into town to challenge her father she does all she can to help him win. When she fails and they are forced out of their home, Clem seeks to find a way to gain access to her old house to learn what the new warden is really up to.
This book has adventure, romance, and betrayal. I enjoyed it and I think that most people who enjoy YA fantasy will not be disappointed in this one. The audio was well done and I definitely recommend it.
