The Complete Collection 2 of Deadpool was the funniest of the Complete Volumes. It shows Deadpool as crazy but having a method behind the madness. A lot of other comic book heroes show up in these issues too. My favorite volumes were the ones when Deadpool was a pirate and the ones were he works with the X-Men and the Spider-Man issues.
