Dark Harvest

Read for book club, I liked the story just fine. A bit underdeveloped and I had to get used to the writing which I did end up liking, especially after reading the afterward. However, I needed just a bit more backstory.

Very interesting

I literally only gave this book 4 instead of 5 because it had to be explained to me. I couldn’t tell at parts if some things were serious or metaphors.

This was such a fun read! It gave me the perfect amount of Halloween vibes, while still being an entertaining read. I do wish that it were a bit longer, as the ending did feel a tad rushed, but overall, I had such a good time with this book. I know there’s a film adaptation coming out sometime in the near future, and I am very excited to see this story put onto the. If screen.
