Catmull created a true masterpiece here. Every chapter is filled with anecdotes, concepts and wisdom - not rules - but a story that is extremely valuable and educational.

This ought to be required reading for any leader or manager that is responsible for creativity, innovation, design or simply creating delightful experiences.
