This book touches on Trending topics on social networking apps and gives you the general idea of said topics, even at its length. Amazing. So let me inform you what I learned and took away from this novel.⤵️
- Create a "Creative Visualization" Notebook by using the prompts she mentioned in Chapter 27. It was very insightful and touches on every area of your life, which is opens up the reader to truly think about what matters and create a desired reality from that. Anything can be created or manifested for each of us.
- Everything is connected because everything is originated from energy and atoms. Solids are included; plants, animals, technology, and ironing boards. We are all one, similar, and connected. There is no separation between us and objects, we can create for those forms of energy and atoms as well. There is no limit.
- It was well explained on the differentiation between obtaining something (quality, emotion, action) and how it should happen. Because when focuse on the "how" you can limit the ways in which God can show you just how amazing it can be for things to come to you and work for you.
- Indirectly indicates that manifesting or creating can be internal and not just focused on financial and material gain. It can also improve the quality of life with ourselves, people (friends or lovers, even enemies).
- The importance and the "how" for using affirmations was well explained and demonstrated, she even listed examples at the end of every meditative method for us to try, I have taken a few for our daily routine. We see this topic everywhere, but never explained the way she did. Again, amazing!
- There are three (3) aspects of life (being, doing, having in that order) is well aligned with the three (3) elements of intention which are desire - belief - acceptance. It was a couple chapters apart and still came full circle as I reviewed my notes. Six (6) things that aid with our quality and moments of our lives.
- Emphasis of loving yourself by listing and truly feeling the love and appreciation for yourself to enjoy the qualities you have and positively looking at some characteristics you would like to improve or change as well. It can be so easy. We can talk to our food to nourish and enhance our bodies. We can do it all. Internal and external, all up to us. Everything is a reflection.
-
Also, just practice mindfulness and slow down.
Mindfulness to know who you are, what you want out of life, and where you want to go or be.
Slowing down to take in the things you are doing, dance, movies, scrolling, or reading. It can be anything, slow down and feel the improvement for things to be how you would like them to be.
Easy 5 stars!
