I really enjoyed Cradles of the Reich. I read it through twice- and enjoyed it both times! The characters were very real to me, and I alternately loved and hated some of them (no spoiler here!) The Lebensborn program was one I had never even heard of- and after reading this book, I have been reading more about what happened to the children who were a part of this program.
