I love that this book had Jack and Jill in it, but it wasn’t what I feel like I needed from their story. I think I’m just not a fan of the books that have “quests.” I much prefer the character building and atmosphere of the books that take place in a specific world. I did appreciate the darkness in this book, I don’t tend to enjoy happy world’s like Confection.

Something tells me we haven’t seen the last of Jill. Obsessed. Immediately stating the next.
