Amazing book that truly changed my life…and brought me to Maui and the Hay House Writers Workshop!
This was a great read. It's so simple to do (to be aware of your thoughts) but hard to maintain a high focus level at times. This book assists in discussing that.
Wayne Dyer has great insights into explaining the readings of the Tao with helpful tips on applying it into today. This is definitely a "read one passage a day" type of book. It helped me when I faced a hard time in my own life and I give it as a gift when someone else is struggling too. A great addition to any collection of nonfiction.
