wow i loved this book! this book is basically just a bunch of his old comedy bits. some of them really got me laughing like the "human sacrifice" bit lol basically about cavemen plotting out new customs lol. i loved hearing his voice again as he narrated the entire thing. I wish there was more about his life but i'm sure theres another book by him out there. At the end of the book he describes his childhood and i just always found Carlin to be so charismatic.. he really thought out each of his jokes.. his jokes could and always should be taken as satire and nothing too seriously. He takes everyday life and makes fun of every aspect. He truly was a turning point in comedy as we know it now. so glad i was able to read/listen to this one. truly a great man who will go down in history.

Nothing profound here, if you know George Carlin, you will not be surprised by anything here. Not all of this has aged well but his hatred of the police always makes me happy.
