I think we should read this book once every year. Very timely for me. Great practical tips for relationships for family dynamics and personal growth.
Great tool to implement boundaries and filter out those who don't respect your needs.
Such a good book, I learned so much I never knew. Boundaries are so so important and I can’t wait to work on them better so I can be less resentful and more happy.
Honestly between this book and my therapist... it showed me how much I put other people's needs before mine. Everyone in my life comes before me every single time. Husband, kids and now even our grandchildren. I never just take time for me, this book helped to show me. I am useless to my family if I am run down.... and its okay to put me first sometimes. I have never said no, that is something big I need to work on. This book was a big eye opener for me and I enjoyed it very much.
