Bound By Temptation (Born in Blood Mafia Chronicles)

I have to say the start of this book was good but it just got worse and the end was just horrible. The bodyguard x mafia girl should feel forbidden, it should make you feel their pining and yearning for each other, it should make you feel like you want to smash both of them against the wall but it honestly was very surface-level and disappointing.

There's something about the way this author writes that makes everything sound kiddish or less mature. I'm not sure is it the sentence structure, the words used or just the vibe the book gives. Even the smut scenes appear vanilla and very controlled to me, they don't feel passionate at all.

I saw that the idiot Luca has another book about him and Aria (Bound by Love) so you know I'll skip that for sure and I hope I don't miss anything important.
