Oh my goodness! The story is freaking awesome!! Vampires and witches! I absolutely love how this story was developed. It’s very intriguing and new for me. Usually it’s werewolves and vampires fighting. It’s a first for me that witches hunt vampires! The narrators are wonderful in this audiobook. The characters are dramatic and complicated. The spice is volcanic! I can wait to read the second part of this duology. 🥰

Obsessed! The fall book I didn’t know I needed. Retelling of Dracula and a love so eternal! If I were to pick a song for this book it would be “A thousand years”. Read as an audiobook. If I would have read it I would have rated it 4 stars but the voice over actors did an amazing job for that extra star. I’m not a chick lit or mushy kind of girl so rating this with 5 stars means it really impressed me and met my standards.

The book started off slow but it got very interesting! The spice did not disappoint and the love between Val and Mina/ Lucy/ Dahlia is beautiful! I went into the book blink so I didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing. I couldn’t put it down and almost read it in one sitting. I can’t wait to see how book two is going to go since this reincarnated version of herself remembered everything and is not a vampire! That was definitely the biggest plot twist.
