Oh my. What a read. It seems as though not much of the story progressed, even though the book is 900 pages long. I suppose that's Martin's way of narrating; though it's very effective. Keeps you hooked throughout the whole book, every time describing more keenly what's going on.
This novel was completely engrossing from start to finish. By the end, I was breathless with anticipation and anxious to get my hands on book 3. This is a MUST READ!
