I enjoyed the fast pace. It was a little repetitive, but that is to be expected with a first book.
I really liked Christian the main character. In many books the main character or supporting characters have no flaws. Christian had flaws, but still tried to help in spite of them. His help was really not all that helpful. Christian was a good guy and he was really likeable.
