I loved the writing style and the openness/accessibility the author displayed. She tried, made mistakes, tried again, I could totally relate with her efforts, and she's very funny. I also liked the inclusion of the Council's variations, it gave another dimension to the experiment and showed that we can all implement change, in different ways and at various levels.
