I thought this book was very suspenseful. The author did great, and the style is something different. I will definitely be reading more of Jacobsen books .
Came upon this one after a friend said they were reading it. Didn't do the chapter-a-day advent calendar read ... instead I read some, then had to put it down while we moved, and picked it back up just before the new year. It was okay - albeit over the top, for sure. Compelling enough that I wanted to know the conclusion, but that's about it, for me.
I enjoyed the advent style of the read, however I found many missing pieces that could’ve been added throughout the book. At the very least, added the missing pieces to the ending.
