Did you know that March is Small Press Month? That means this is the perfect time to find a book to read from one of the nation's amazing smaller publishers! Afraid to try an unknown writer or press? Remember that writers such as Emily St. John Mandel first published with a small press, as did Susan Vreeland, and many others. Small presses cover the same genres as the big guys--poetry, mystery, women's fiction, memoir, etc., so choose your genre and seek out a title from one of our fine independent presses. Need some guidance? Why not try one of these superb companies?
